1. Focus Goal:
Begin with the most important decision which you have to clear out that, Why you should be fit and what it's benefits for lifetime.
Lets me try to explain it with my example~ I would love to do be fit by doing physical exercise and sometimes yoga too which also helps to keep me mentally healthy and active. The daily base workout will grow your physical boundaries and yoga with peace of mind will relax your mind to work openly and happily.
2. Lifestyle:
"Your body is exactly what you be". The second step is your lifestyle or your daily basis habits which might be good as well as for bad for your healthiness.
Your lifestyle can be improved or changed depends on what you do in 24 hours.
Example~
If you have a lazy schedule of doing your work of the day to day life. so you should first figure it out and doing a less but proper manner. and makes new habits of doing workout or yoga(for some times) which can be hard in starting but after it will be usual. Once it will be in your routine you will found yourself feeling satisfied and healthy.
3.Nutrition:
As we all know that Nutrition is the main factor that helps you to accomplish or reach your goal. In the Fitness process, there is two parts, one is Exercise with 20% and the other is Nutrition with 80% importance.
According to research, The human body requires 114 types of nutrition to live a healthy life, and there is 7 essential nutrient's which is :
Protein, Carbs, Vitamins, Fiber, Water, Minerals, and Fats. These can be taken from Vegetables, Fruits, Dairy Products, Dry Fruits, Non-Veg, and other bodybuilding supplements.
So Finally we got that without taking healthy diet and nutrition we cannot achieve healthy and fit life, rather than increases disease.
4. Mentally Active:
To be Mentally fit and Active and make it your lifestyle you should have to know these basic factor's of Mind:-
Memory, Attention, Speed, Creativity, Flexibility.
Let us think about these points:-
-> Memory, Which is basically used as a storage box means the information and facts which you learn and store for future use.
-> Attention, Which means to hold yourself to be focused on something for a specific time period, and it depends on how focused you are. You can also take it as how Aware you are surrounding yourself, which is improved by Self Meditation or Self Talks.
-> Speed can get through how thoughtful and curious you are for anything. It starts from your imagination power to visualize something in your mind.
-> Creativity means Creating something from your imagination and vision which you implement in reality. It only depends on one point "Idea".
-> Flexibility is stand out in two ways one is Physically and the other is Mental. Physically means how you can move your body with full range and If we talk about Mentally then the ability to facing and action on the different situations when required.
